There you go….., another gimmick from the big heads of the fanatic community.

                                                    ***BYLAWS CHANGE ***

I think we still remember the legal battle happened last year because of a bylaw change. We are heard just the one side of the story through some anonymous mass emails and some useless blogs that TSR is trying to take away the right of the members. We all believed and thought there is a huge violation of the constitution. How true it is……….

We all know the truth but nobody wanted to be in the hot spot to talk about it because ……FEAR

FEAR of ………… Crawling mass email about you.

FEAR of…………. Publishing false allegations about you in the blogs.

FEAR of ………… Rumors those can be spread about you.

FEAR of ………… Lack of unity among ourselves.

FEAR of ………… Losing your time.

FEAR….FEAR….FEAR…..Hummmmmmmm

You know what happened in 2008, some group tried to take over TAMA by spending money at the last moment. This is all happened against one individual who used to control TAMA by placing some useless people in respected positions. Somehow the TSR team won because everybody worked together and this individual draw sympathy by blaming the opposition for losing his job. Then the so called faltu leaders gave a suggestion not to entertain such kind of hijacking activities in the future. Then they suggested for a change in the bylaws. The bylaw change was happened for good reason to save the tradition of a CULTURAL ORGANIZATION. Despite tiny technical errors the change was accepted by the GBM. This was happened in the supervision of a well known person in the community (He is tightlipped now).

Then they used the same technique in a bigger and well managed way to take over the organization. Adding fuel to the fire the same people responsible for previous year elections joined hands with the new team to satisfy their personal egos and agendas.

Finally we had a useless team got into power.

What is happening now? Just look at the picture above. This is an extract of a news letter from the organization. I pity the team doesn’t have enough technology to create a simple flyer, this was outsourced. He is none other than another fanatic supporter’s son. Good job on the flyer, but why do we need a technology coordinator, this will tell us how qualified is our Tech. coordinator.

Sahiti Sadassu …… is our literary coordinator really capable of handling such an event? I doubt, so do you I guess. Unless this too outsourced.

The cultural coordinator already proved his inefficiency…this had been observed in both Sankranti and Ugadi, nothing special as usual.

Now they wanted to appoint two more people in the team.

Also they wanted to extend the annual members term to secure the voting count so that they can keep the power forever. My be the current president wanted to continue for some more time; it is possible because it is just a number game after all.

I feel sorry to be a member for this organization.
